APPOINTMENT BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING POLICY
1. ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance
• Same-day bookings within 12 hours of the appointment time are not available
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of payment
• To cancel your appointment, please log into your account or contact us directly
3. REFUND POLICY
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 2 hours or more before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
4. RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the original appointment time
• Rescheduling can be done through your online account or by contacting us directly
5. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
• All clients must create an account to book, modify, or cancel appointments
• Account registration is required to access our booking system and manage your appointments
• Your account allows you to view booking history, make changes, and receive important updates
6. NO-SHOW POLICY
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment and may affect future booking privileges
